Pilates

One of our newest additions to our class schedule is Pilates. Taught by instructors Krystin Walker and Matthew Budd, these classes offer a wide range of formats from mat to spine correctors to springboard arrangements. Pilates is a great way to improve flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance in the entire body. With an add-on fee to your existing membership or a Pilates only plan, you can have access to unlimited Pilates classes.

Senior Classes

We understand the importance of fitness at every age. That's why we offer classes specifically designed for our older members. Our senior classes include "Be Forever Fit," "Fit Over 50," and "Silver Sneakers." These classes focus on gentle, low-impact exercises that help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.

Cardio Classes

For our members who love to get their heart rate up, we offer a variety of cardio classes. Our offerings include Spin Cycle classes, Zumba, and Dollstar Dance and Fitness. These classes are designed to help you burn calories, improve your cardiovascular health, and have fun!

Bootcamps

For those looking for a more intense workout, we offer bootcamps. These classes involve a mix of strength training and aerobic elements and are designed to provide a full-body workout.

Group fitness classes are not only a great way to make exercising fun, but they can also hold you accountable and help you reach your fitness goals faster. At Fitness 360, We offer a variety of group classes, including:

  • BarreX - A low-impact, moderate level class that is a traditional ballet barre workout based on ballet moves that promote strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
  • BFF (Be Forever Fit) - A moderate-intensity level class that is an aerobic workout based on dance moves and muscle toning exercises to promote cardio-respiratory endurance.
  • Fit Over 50 - A low to moderate-intensity workouts for older adults combining strength training, flexibility and coordination exercises for a full-body workout.
  • Silver Sneakers Classic - An exercise class for seniors that promotes strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The exercises can be done standing or sitting in a chair.
  • Spin - An upbeat, indoor cycling class.
  • Body Essentials- A class designed for all your fitness needs! Class starts off with low impact cardio, moving into a full body toning segment and ending with a nice stretch.
  • Zumba- For everybody and every body! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. A total workout combining all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
